Warning to Joe Clarke and PCU edu - 23 June 2015

You never answered my mails of the last months!
I paid you to put through at least 2 publications of my PhD dissertation - but you do not answer
I have had it with your fraud, if I do not READ anything from you by 23 June 18.00 hrs CET, I put the whole story online
including bills, mails of Joe Clarke etc.
As mails also came from info@pcu.edu, as well as the fact that the bank
account is from Paramount California University, it is pretty easy to
proove you misled me.
